LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary 2006 English <->
Vietnamese for Pocket PC is part of a unique suite of language solutions for
Pocket PC that incorporates advanced speech technology letting your mobile
device speak English! The synthesizer is based on a new approach to speech
reproduction called formant synthesis (BST), which creates a voice simulation by
modeling the sounds of natural human speech.
The application delivers instant word

rotation support is available for more effortless reading and navigating. A new
virtual keyboard is also available for easier character input; it also has VGA
